介绍了在轨航天器液体推进剂剩余量测量技术国内外研究进展,并展望了未来的研究方向。首先简要介绍了造成微重力条件下液体推进剂剩余量测量困难的原因;接着回顾了液体推进剂剩余量测量技术的发展脉络,将其技术发展分为技术萌芽、技术成熟和新技术探索三个阶段;然后从基本原理、误差分析、研究进展等方面综述了常用的簿记法(Book-Keeping,BK)、压力体积温度法(Pressure-Volume-Temperature,PVT)和热量激励法(Thermal Gauging Method,TGM)等液体推进剂在轨剩余量测量技术,对比分析了各种方法的优缺点;最后,展望了液体推进剂在轨剩余量测量技术的发展方向:一是利用不同测量技术在不同卫星寿命期间具有不同测量精度的特点,将多种测量技术进行结合,以提高整体测量精度;二是开发适用于卫星全寿命周期高精度测量的新方法。 相似文献

Both single-face vacuum bag curing (SVC) and double-face vacuum bag curing (DVC) can be used in scarf repair of composite structures. But different curing conditions caused by the sealing state may affect the bonding quality of scarf-repaired structures. In this paper, the effect of curing condition on bonding quality of scarf-repaired laminates was experimentally investigated in terms of surface profiles, moisture absorption curves and section profiles. In order to further explore the moisture absorption mechanism, finite element model of the repaired laminates using DVC was established with moisture diffusion of both the adhesive and composite laminates considered. This model was verified by experimental results. Based on the model of DVC case, the model of SVC case was built by changing moisture absorption parameters of the adhesive. Results show that SVC reduces the bonding quality, mainly reflecting in more adhesive inner voids and patch-to-parent dislocation. And SVC increases moisture absorption rate and moisture equilibrium content of the adhesive, and its effect on the former is far greater than that on the latter. 相似文献

It is well known that the Two-step Weighted Least-Squares(TWLS) is a widely used method for source localization and sensor position refinement. For this reason, we propose a unified framework of the TWLS method for joint estimation of multiple disjoint sources and sensor locations in this paper. Unlike some existing works, the presented method is based on more general measurement model, and therefore it can be applied to many different localization scenarios.Besides, it does not have the initialization and local convergence problem. The closed-form expression for the covariance matrix of the proposed TWLS estimator is also derived by exploiting the first-order perturbation analysis. Moreover, the estimation accuracy of the TWLS method is shown analytically to achieve the Cramér-Rao Bound(CRB) before the threshold effect takes place. The theoretical analysis is also performed in a common mathematical framework, rather than aiming at some specific signal metrics. Finally, two numerical experiments are performed to support the theoretical development in this paper. 相似文献

提出一种可用于实际叶盘结构的压电分支阻尼器拓扑优化方法,可以给出总质量受约束的压电材料在叶片上的最佳分布,达到尽可能大的模态阻尼比。通过理论推导说明:压电阻尼器所产生的模态阻尼比仅取决于模态机电耦合系数,且该系数只与压电材料的几何形状以及模态应力场有关。进一步结合压电本构关系,基于应力分量的线性加权给出了有限的压电材料在叶片上铺设位置“优先级”的判断指标。给出了基于叶盘结构有限元模型的压电材料拓扑优化方法,通过替换单元类型和材料参数的方式对压电材料进行布置,并给出了多模态族优化、极化方向设置、电极铺设等问题的解决方案。在一个接近真实的叶盘模型上应用了此优化方法。结果表明,仅使用质量占叶片质量10%的压电材料,就可以为多个模态提供约12%的阻尼比。 相似文献

Based on the eigenvector expansion idea, the Multiscale Eigenelement Method (MEM) was proposed by the author and co-workers. MEM satisfies two equivalent conditions, one condition is the equivalence of strain energy, and the other is the deformation similarity. These two equivalent conditions character the structure-preserving property of a multiscale analysis method. The equivalence of strain energy is necessary for achieving accurate macro behaviors such as lower order frequencies, while the deformation similarity is essential for predicting accurate micro behaviors such as stresses. The MEM has become a powerful multiscale method for the analysis of composite structures because of its high accuracy and efficiency. In this paper, the research advances of MEM are reviewed and all types of eigenelement methods are compared, focusing on superiorities and deficiencies from practical viewpoint. It is concluded that the eigenelement methods with smooth shape functions are more suitable for the analysis of macro behaviors such as lower order frequencies, and the eigenelement methods with piecewise shape functions are suitable for the analysis of both macro and micro behaviors. 相似文献

建立了含热障涂层的涡轮叶片简化传热模型,通过理论推导建立了热障涂层的有效性判据,并基于此进行了热防护有效性分析。理论分析与数值实验表明:由热障涂层带来的复合传热表面传热系数的变化会显著影响热障涂层的热防护效果;在发动机典型工况下,对于处于高温区的高压涡轮叶片前缘处,热障涂层引起的复合传热表面传热系数变化率最大值的范围为1.25%~10.83%以满足热防护有效性要求。在工程中应特别注意由于热障涂层的应用带来的复合传热表面传热系数的变化,否则会导致热防护失效,甚至产生反效果。 相似文献

针对复合壳阻尼结构的拓扑减振优化问题,以约束阻尼层的有限单元为设计变量,采用体积比、模态频率和振型为优化约束条件,构建以多模态权重系数的结构模态损耗因子数值关系为优化目标函数的拓扑减振优化模型。为了拓展优化目标灵敏度具有不局限于某一变密度法插值模型的形式,推导了数值表达式的一般函数式。动力学优化中优化目标灵敏度正、负数集共存,使得非凸性的目标函数设计变量出现负值或优化函数寻优于局部极值点。为此,推导出复合壳阻尼结构的全域灵敏度改进优化准则法迭代格,以确保每次迭代域均为全域设计变量集。结合有限单元法编程实现了复合壳阻尼结构改进准则法,并对复合壳结构进行拓扑减振优化分析。结果表明:在敷设体积减为全覆盖的50%时,复合壳结构的模态损耗因子增减偏差为10%,具有提升减振的轻量化设计目的;各阶目标函数和拓扑构型所需的迭代次数少,中间密度区域较小,多阶优于单阶模态优化函数,易于获得全域寻优的有效减振。 相似文献

An efficient method employing a Principal Component Analysis (PCA)-Deep Belief Network (DBN)-based surrogate model is developed for robust aerodynamic design optimization in this study. In order to reduce the number of design variables for aerodynamic optimizations, the PCA technique is implemented to the geometric parameters obtained by parameterization method. For the purpose of predicting aerodynamic parameters, the DBN model is established with the reduced design variables as input and the aerodynamic parameters as output, and it is trained using the k-step contrastive divergence algorithm. The established PCA-DBN-based surrogate model is validated through predicting lift-to-drag ratios of a set of airfoils, and the results indicate that the PCA-DBN-based surrogate model is reliable and obtains more accurate predictions than three other surrogate models. Then the efficient optimization method is established by embedding the PCA-DBN-based surrogate model into an improved Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) framework, and applied to the robust aerodynamic design optimizations of Natural Laminar Flow (NLF) airfoil and transonic wing. The optimization results indicate that the PCA-DBN-based surrogate model works very well as a prediction model in the robust optimization processes of both NLF airfoil and transonic wing.
